A New PA Rising

I recently spoke to a group of 800 Brazilian leaders in Curitiba, Brazil. I shared with them the power of investing into others and leading in such a way that people are released to do great things. In Brazil there are a significant number of children who live on the streets. At a late night dinner with the organizer of the event, he shared with me his desire to develop an organization that would house, educate and transition these children back into the culture.

As I begin to now travel across this great Commonwealth and interact with people such as you, we will together begin to discover something powerful. Like the Brazilian leader mentioned above, we will discover the difference between what we want and what we need. If we continue to invest in what we want and neglect to invest in what we need, we will continue to hold back our progress.

Putting others ahead of ourselves will be key to this process. On the horizon, I can see a new Pennsylvania rising. You can see it too, can’t you?
